In conjunction with alarm monitoring, Makesafe provides alarm response units that operate 24 hours, 7 days a week. All response services meet or exceed the industry stanadrds in relation to time, reporting and feedback. You can inidividually determine how each alarm response is handled for individual buildings, by site or by individual sensor.
These are detailed in your comprehensive security plan and managed by our 24/7 Control Room on your behalf. Notification and reporting is done in a combination of three formats of your choice and depending on the severity of the incident. This can be done by phone, sms or email or a combination of all at no additional cost to you.
As a minimum, a Patrol Report will be emailed to you at the time of the response in PDF format.
