Induction and Training

Makesafe adopts extensive recruitment, induction and training assessments and criteria that all of our employees (Operational and Non Operational) must initially complete successfully before representing us. To ensure ongoing quality of service to our Clients, training and development is of a continuous nature on quarterly cycles, to guarantee that our employees develop and improve with our changing standards and to reflect the business of our clients.

Careers at MAKESAFE

Makesafe Security is seeking licensed security professionals to fill full-time, part-time and casual employment vacancies. As a security professional you will be required to work a rotating roster, involving day and night work, weekends and public holidays.

Previous security experience is NOT a necessity. We operate within a customer service industry, thus we are looking for presentable and articulate personnel that take pride and ownership of there role and site.
